Texas Republic by Charles Wayne, house of Goodwin,Texian

       The Republic of Texas Congress of 1845 failes to convene the 10th  Congress of the People in Order that the united States of the North would Fraudulently Annex the Nation of Texas as One of the States of the United States of America by way of resolution to annex a territory. International Treaties were violated, the people got shysted. The signes of the Times were already lifting heades of Corporate Fiction like the Madusa’s Snakes upon her Head. The Laws of the World were coming toward perfection and the Heades of Nations were vieing for the Lands of the World and the Texians claimed theirs and the United States claimed theirs and divided into the States of Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, and Wyoming, corporate Fictions. The Federals came in and established Federal Zones and Districts, corporate Fictions and in direct violation of the Constitution, and yet undetected by the People. One Hundred and Sixty Years later, the People reconvene the !0th  Congress of the People of the Republic of Texas, 2005, and the de jure government of the People is officially back in business; and the Brave Texians of the 21st Century are joining together as Living Soules, a People of the Republic filling the offices of government and civil occupations.

       I have personally met and have dined with the President and Vice President, R Perkins and M. Laubach, the First Lady, Secretary of State, B. Ford, Treasurer, E. Enloe, Auditor, C. Gerdes, Senators, E. Brannum, D, Ballard, Speaker of the House, Representative of Montgomery County, J. Champine, Representatives, ‘Mad Dog’ J. Mangum, B. Ousley, L. Lemmelle, R. Taylor, S. Ammerman, N. Wallace, Supreme Court Chief Justice, R. Cannon, Chief Justice, Robertson County, N. Suhl, District Attorney, S. Costas, Assistant District Attorney, J. Tessi, and other living soules repopulating the Republic of Texas one people at a time, recognizing ‘persons’ as corporate fictions capable of being sued, and educating the population of their Proper Districts of Jurisdiction. The Common Law is the Law of the Land of the Republic of Texas standing under the Constitution of the Republic of Texas 1836 and amended in 2005, 2006 and 2007, the years of Our Lord. Not a bad ‘rap’ for a general first impression, along with the fact that I ran for House Representative, Montgomery County and tied the Speaker of the House and incumbent Representative and was beaten by a margin of two votes in the run-off election. I have witnessed the Swearing in of House Representative, Sheriff, Constable, Chief Justice, District Attorney and Assistant District Attorney, clerks of the Court, and I have served on the Grande Jury of Robertson County and participated in a Jury of Twelve in County Court.

A Call to the People of the Republic 

        The People of the Republic of Texas are being called to educate themselves in the proper Districts of Jurisdictions for their Rights of Electing government and civil Officers of the People under the Authority of the Constitution of the Republic of Texas of 1836 and amended in 2007. The People of the Republic of Texas are being called to educate themselves in the Laws of Contracts and the Fraudulent Corporations of the United States with their Occupation Tactics of Corporate Laws and Courts operating within proper Jurisdiction. The People of the Republic of Texas are being called to educate themselves  of their Rights under the Constitution of the Republic of Texas and their Privileges under the Constitution of the United States and the difference between the Original Archived Constitution of the United States; and to understand the different definitions of united states as they apply to ‘citizenship’. The People of the Republic of Texas are being called to educate themselves in the Military Tactics of germ warfare, population control, Admiralty Courts of Court Marshal and brain-washing under the guise of Rumor and Propaganda. The People of the Republic of Texas are being called to educate themselves in their Freedom, Liberty and Justice and to join together as a People of the Republic of Texas.

       The 14th Congress of the Republic of Texas is actively striving for and is on the brink of International Recognition and Domestic Recognition of the People. You are the Texian you can be or You are not, the choice is Yours to make.

Some refined thoughts abridged from leisure contemplation;
 

       The Masses, which are the people and like unto a wild flock being warned of eminant danger begins to scurry about anxiously for want to do, who are in fact the people who see the Republic of Texas de jure government, being put through a refining fire and showing forth in her pureness; is operating under the Authority of the People of the Republic of Texas. The Executive Branch of the Republic of Texas has humanly been at the task of International Recognition under the Law of Nations. The Legislative Branch has been at the task of restoring the Constitution of the Republic of Texas to full function. The Judicial Branch has been at the task of repopulating the Counties by educating the people who they are and how they have been led like lambs to the slaughter. The Republic of Texas de jure government has come to the aide of the hapless people and a determined people by which stand a firm foundation. I leave for your individual personal attention, the details of each of the three branches of government and how they touch our daily lives, and I suggest to each individual to evaluate who you are and how you have been trapped and snared into the fangs of a gnarling corporate fiction. I also suppose that this document will not expose` or treat such details with much candid observation, however, I would keep a sharp eye to future discourse, as well as that at present which hides out there on the internet; but be warned: prove everything in truth and caste the drosse far from you.
 

Republic of Texas in Perspective

       Resource, Texas is the sum of her resource.
In order to define Texas, all her substance must be taken into consideration. The Waters which connect her to the world trade, the Land upon which the people reside and from which the people draw upon for succor and subsidence, the Air and its infinite distance heavenward for all purposes, including but not limited to, defense, communication and travel, and the People who inhabit her with all their personal industry and leisure, and their devotions to the sciences and its advancements of society.

       To sum up the resources a list is in order. A right proper list from professional opinions of the various sciences so as not to overlook any possibilities of resource. A few obvious to begin with are minerals and precious metals and such as are mined or drilled for, timber, fish, both freshwater and sea, wind and solar, and agriculture for an adequate supply of foodstuff. However, the land will not serve her resources on a platter. People by their industry and hard labor will have to extract from the land these particular resources. Now certain people are relative to resource, whether this be by a slave labor force or well paid position or some other compensation, the people as a resource are necessary. Resource as a trade commodity and with certain value also deems protection from corruption, whether by outside force or inside trading. In this sense, the people are responsible for their actions guarding against such and protecting the resource.

       People, The people are the stewards of her resource.
The Land being subject to God and His laws of Nature, will exist without people. The People who inhabit the land are therefore by the Laws of God instructed to be good stewards of the land. The People's desire as freemen to live in peace and harmony with the land and each other, requires personal commitments from each individual toward that desire, as well as a proper separation of their industry and leisure, for by their industry, their subsidence is acquired and by their leisure, their lives are fulfilled.

        Government, The instrument uniting the people and the resource.
A republican form of government established by freemen to unite and defend their common cause of liberty and society. In unity of society, a prescribed ordinance and set of rules dedicated to the peace and harmony of individuals; in defense of liberties. a well maintained militia of the people, armed and prepared for such defense as well as a regular army and navy and such as are made up of the people specifically for that purpose of defense.

Montgomery County

San Jacinthe, an absolutely gorgeous blue flower which graces the banks of the river named after them. DeSoto and Cortez surely had visions of their sweeties back home upon their first glimpse of this fragrant beauty. Jean LaFitte brought his vessel up this very same river; some say as a pirate fleeing with stolen goods, others may have a more credible story, but the point remains, as he lumbered up the west fork, he faced Blackcat Ridge. There was nothing else to do but turn back. His captors found no treasure on his vessel.

Blackcat Ridge on the San Jacinto river marks the southern corner of Montgomery county. Looming in the distant horizon beyond the river, the pillars of property and commerce, Houston city faces these same issues presented before you, Mongomery countians, at present. These issues being, the LAND  which defines Montgomery county, also, that particular spot you may pass by while traveling, that specifically states you are about to leave Montgomery county, and inclusive of all the land within any of said signs wherever they may be placed. For truly I say unto you, to canvas the county in search of votes, one wouldn't want to venture beyond the acceptable boundaries of his specified jurisdiction. District, I believe the term to apply. House Seat 12, House of Representatives, for the republic of Texas, a Nation.

Northward, some twenty miles is Cleveland, which lies within the Liberty county, and to the west a vast forest, some of Texas' prime resource. Continuing westward Conroe is bustling and expanding. Traveling the road north, one might find that peculiar sign designating the next county, Walker, however, I find NO substance to the claim, and as a MATTER of FACT, there has been NO congress of the republic which ENACTED any such divisions of Montgomery county, so therefore my campaign trail continues on northward to the historic town where the SENTENCES of DEATH were institutionalized, that spectacularly clad in hills and forest being Huntsville. also home of institutionalized HIGHER EDUCATION at Sam Houston's STATE UNIVERSITY. I'll never understand why all the beautiful land is debased with such FICTIONS. Truly, the people need to understand their inheritance.

Montgomery county follows the river Trinity along with Houston county to the road from Bexar to Nacogdoches, and extending westward south of said road to the river Navasota. yet being another county of NO substance, Madison. The folks in this neck of the woods are endowed with some of the best venison in the nation. The Navasoto separates the towns of College Station and Bryan as they lie within the county Washington, and southward the Brazos marks Montgomery town well within its own county by the same name, and encompasses all that is within yet another county of NO substance, Grimes. As a general rule of thumb, a people don't take kindly to calling what's theirs something of NO substance, and as a general rule of thumb, I propose a means of substance to what should be precious to the people of Montgomery county, which includes all the souls who find themselves in Walker, Madison and Grimes, and that substance being a petition of a minimum of 100 (one hundred) people DEMANDING an establishment of a county, called by whatever name they choose. A proper survey should be attached proving a minimum of 900 square miles. This concept is rather simplistic in thought, putting it into action requires living souls demanding what they want, through the means afforded them.

Therein I lay the scope of my campaign trail on the table, with it attached is substance. Once the people act according to how people should act as We the People, considerations for the establishment of County Common Law Courts of the People and the associated Grand Jury which regardless of its name, is inferior to the County Common Law Courts which are OF the PEOPLE. Proper education of this very important topic requires de-programming and de-brainwashing the people of their person status which is defined by Mr Roosevelt's introduction of Communism into America, remember, this is in Truth, a FICTION, as defined by certain Magistrates of courts of FICTION, and impugned upon our person and or persons. Sovereign people are NOT allowed to be a person. If you want to be a person, continue with the FICTION. My campaign trail is for the benifit of the sovereign people who find themselves in Montgomery county, Texas republic, a Nation.

Upon this trail, I lay before the people, an idea that they establish their county seats of government and justice. To do this, they must elect from amoungst themselves, the people to fill the duties of office, and to facilitate the election process, an education of the Constitution of the Republic of Texas will enable the people to vote accordingly. Once the counties and their Courts of Common Law with all elected and appointed officials are established, the FICTION can and shall be deported from the land and exiled to the HIGH SEAS whence it came.
